At MY, we take pride in delivering your luxury fashion items with care and efficiency. Our delivery policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle orders to ensure you receive your items in pristine condition and on time.

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within tow business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process, typically within 15 business days. Specific timeframes for custom orders will be communicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Riyadh Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3 business days.
• other areas in KSA Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5 business days.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may take 15 business days. Please note that customs delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping is free for orders over 6,000.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

• Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
• Customs Clearance Delays: We strive to minimize delays, but customs procedures may affect delivery times, which are beyond our control. In rare cases, customs clearance could cause delays of up to 10 days.

5. Delivery Address

• Correct Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Delivery Timeframe

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect your delivery.

7. Delayed or Missing Packages

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. We may ask for photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages if the address provided was incorrect.
